Ishwinder Jeet Singh, CFA is currently a Senior Vice President at The National Investor, a leading investment management firm in the UAE. He manages the principal investments portfolio of the firm, investing in private equity, fixed income, real estate, structured products and money markets. He also sits on the boards and investment committees of its subsidiary companies. Previously, he provided M&A advisory and business valuation services to global clients at Ernst & Young in Dubai.
Ishwinder has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, and B.E. (Computer Engineering) from Delhi University. He is also a CFA charterholder. At IIM, he was a member at Credence Capital, advisors to the largest and oldest student-run investment fund in India.
Ishwinder is passionate about the emerging trends in fintech. He likes to keep a watch and educate people on blockchain, AI and other tech innovations disrupting banking, payments, remittances, insurance and financial markets. Ishwinder also participates as a speaker in conferences globally, covering topics related to investments, fintech and blockchain.
He is currently based in the cosmopolitan city of Dubai, the financial and technology hub of the Middle East. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, writing, and reading books on a wide variety of topics.
